This is my first trial on roasted duck recipe. It was a great cooking experience and I love it. It turn out great and appreciated the hard work.

Ingredients
Duck 2kgs
Dry marinate Ingredients
Salt 1 Tablespoon
White pepper 1 Tablespoon
Chinese five spices 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Wet marinate Ingredients
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon
Hoisin sauce 1 Tablespoon
Red fermented bean curd 2 pieces
Chinese five spices 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Green spring onion 3 stalks
Ginger 3 slices
Garlic 3 cloves
Maltose syrup water
Water 8 cups
Shoaling cooking wine 1/2 cups
Maltose sugar 1/2 cups
Rice vinegar/ White vinegar 1/2 cups
