homemade Pineapple filling

You can make this beautiful pineapple filling according to your own preference sweetness level.

Recipes: (Make 900g of pineapple filling) Fresh pineapple skinless and seedless (Semi sweet): 2500g

sugar: 160g

Maltose: 160g


Method:

  1. Pineapple cut to small junk.

  2. Blend it in blender. I prefer to blend until some small bites still available.

  3. Pour Into a cooking pot.

  4. Add sugar and Maltose

  5. Cook with high heat until boiled.

  6. Turn to medium heat until it thicken (Approximate 2.5 hours-3 hours). Stir it every 30 minutes.

  7. Once it all dry out, you have to keep stirring to prevent burn at the bottom.

  8. cook until it becomes paste (as a whole lump)
