Pineapple Tart

MCO 2.0 is coming. Everyone stay home and keep baking š.
this pineapple tart is soft and will melt in your mouth.

Recipes: (Make 105 pieces mini pineapple tart)
Salted butter : 300g
All purpose flour: 380g
Icing sugar : 60g
Vanilla essence: 1 teaspoon
Egg yolk: 2 pieces
Cream cheese: 50g
corn starch: 2 teaspoon
Pineapple filling : 7g x 105 pieces = 735g
Method:
Butter leave at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Cream butter to smooth.
Add in cream cheese and mix to smooth.
Sieve in icing sugar and continue creaming until sugar and butter incorporated.
Add in egg yolk and Vanilla essence And mix well.
Sieve in flour and corn starch. Mix well. Do not overmix.
Pipe out and roll in pineapple filling.
Egg wash with Eng yolk.
Bake at preheated oven 170 degree Celsius for 12-15 minutes.
