Rice Flour(gluten free) berries roll cake

Hello Everyone, good morning. Today I baked a rice flour berries roll cake . This recipes using rice flour instead of wheat flour. The texture of the roll is soft and moist. This cake is fill with homemade blueberry jam cream cheese filling. Hope you all enjoy.

Ingredients
Sponge:
Rice flour 80g
Granulated sugar (for egg yolks) 30g
Granulated sugar (for egg whites-meringue use) 40g
Eggs 4 pieces
Cooling oil/ coconut oil 2 Tablespoon
Milk/Soy milk 2 Tablespoon
Cream cheese filling:
Cream cheese 70g
Granulated sugar 15g
Fresh cream 150g
Blueberry Jam:
Frozen blueberries 200g
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Granulated sugar 100g
This recipes sponge cake I am using a 23cm x 23 cm square baking pan. You may use different baking pan.
Baked at 190 degree celsius for 14 minutes.
