Flourless (gluten free)chocolate cake

Hello everyone. I am catching up some updates on this blog. This is a flourless chocolate cake. It is rich in chocolate flavour and best with premium curvature chocolate.
Recipes:
Milk 50g
Sugar 100g
Cream cheese 150g
Eggs 3 pieces
Dark chocolate 150g
( I am using dark chocolate 56% as I love the bitterness :) You may use milk chocolate, or mix both)
This recipes make a 6" cake and bake at 150 degree celsius for 60-70 minutes.
