Hello everybody, lets try baking gluten-free cupcakes. This recipe uses rice flour instead of low-protein flour. The texture of the cupcakes is crumbly and flavour is good. Hope you guys love it. Enjoy.




Recipes


Cupcakes

Unsalted butter 60g

Granulated sugar 100g

Egg 1 piece

Cocoa powder 15g

Yogurt 90g

Soy milk 30g

Rice flour 150g

Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon

Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon

Colouring As needed (optional)



Buttercream

Unsalted butter 100g

Cream cheese 40g

Powdered sugar 130g
