Cendol Agar-agar Jelly cake

Hello everybody, lets make jelly cake today. I am using cendol for today. If you do not have it, you can replace it with red bean as well. This recipes is inspired by "little yellow duck". Enjoy.

Recipes: (using 6 inch gugelhurf mould)
Layer 1:
Water: 100ml
Palm sugar: 27g
Agar-agar powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Jelly powder: 1/3 teaspoon
Layer 2:
Coconut milk: 33g
Water: 83g
Palm sugar: 27g
Agar-agar powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Jelly powder: 1/6 teaspoon
Layer 3:
Cendol: 133g
Coconut milk: 10g
Water: 166g
Sugar: 33g
Agar-agar powder: 1.1/3 teaspoon
Jelly powder: 2/3 teaspoon
Layer 4:
Water: 250g
Palm sugar: 50g
Agar-agar powder: 1.1/8 teaspoon
Jelly powder: 2/3 teaspoon
Layer 5:
Coconut milk: 33g
Water: 125g
sugar: 40g
Agar-agar powder: 3/4 teaspoon
Jelly powder: 1/4 teaspoon
