Japanese Gateau au chocolate

Simple and easy chocolate cake. This cake will cracks and shrink as little flour is used in it. It is a super rich chocolate cake and best serve with ice-cream.



Recipes:


Eggs white 90g

Eggs yolk 60g

Sugar 60g

Sugar 60g

Fresh cream 80g

Cocoa powder 20g

Baking Chocolate 80g (prefer courvature premium chocolate)

Cake flour 15g (for gluten free recipes, changed it rice flour)

Unsalted butter 60g
